Return Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your original date of purchase, you are not eligible for a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with all original clothing tags attached. 

To complete your return, pack all the items you wish to return, along with a print out of your confirmation of purchase email, and a note specifying your RMA number securely in the box/padded mailer. You can use the box/padded mailer the items arrived in or another box/padded mailer if you prefer. You will receive an email as soon as we have received your items, and also if a refund is issued.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-returnable items:

Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. With that said, items purchased with discount codes do not adhere to this rule. 

Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your returned product to reach us may vary. When you are shipping an item for a return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges
We do not have a formal exchange process in place. We recommend that you go through the return center and request a refund on the item you would like to exchange and purchase the item you want to replace it with. All returns must adhere to the returns section of this policy.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Should your return be rejected based on a violation of the returns criteria mentioned above, you will have the option of either having the item shipped back to you at your expense or to have the item discarded. 

Late or missing refunds 

If your return is approved and you are granted a refund, please take note that from this point until you receive a refund it usually takes anywhere from 7 to 10 business days on average. 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
